How to Achieve Color Harmony?

Another important issue, as much as choosing clothes, is matching colors with each other. Achieving color harmony is one of the most challenging issues for most women. The first thing we need to know to be able to use harmonious colors is color groups. We can divide colors into 3 groups among themselves. In our primary group are red, blue, and yellow; in the secondary group obtained by mixing them are orange, green, purple, and finally, in the third group, colors such as turquoise, gold, burgundy are located. You can achieve a combination in two ways; by using colors that are compatible with each other or colors that are shades of each other together, or by using colors that are opposite to each other. As an example of opposite colors, we can count red and green or burgundy and blue.

Another point we need to pay attention to is using colors in balance.

Choose a dominant color and use the other colors to be compatible with it. More than three different colors will put you at risk, so do not use more than three different colors in the same combination. If you are using a very strong color, add its shades to your combination to lighten it. Gray, black, and white will harmonize with many colors. Using light and vibrant colors in your upper body clothes will be a more correct choice as it will illuminate your face and décolletage. Using dark colors in the lower parts will be a smarter choice. Finally, green – blue, black – navy blue, purple – plum, red – pink should be at the top of the list of colors you should avoid using together. If you follow these simple rules, you can choose more harmonious and eye-pleasing clothes in terms of color.
