According to the latest announcements from the Directorate General of Associations of the T.R. Ministry of Interior, the documents required and the necessary procedures for the establishment of union branches are generally as follows. First, two copies of the establishment notification, including the signatures of the founders, which should be submitted to the regulations of associations, and the branches to be established are submitted to the highest local civil authority in the place where they will be established. Accordingly, two copies of the union bylaws approved by the Ministry of Interior are required.
What are the Required Documents?
Copies of the decision taken by the authorized bodies of the union regarding the establishment of the branches, and a photocopy of the union board of directors' decision taken for the persons authorized as founders are absolutely necessary. In cases where real persons are among the founders of the branches, copies of their identity cards are required. In cases where legal entities are involved, documents related to the title, location, and establishment of these legal entities, as well as the titles of the real persons authorized by the bodies of the legal entities, are required. The identity information of the person or persons authorized to receive correspondence and notifications on behalf of the required branches is necessary.
